Just like every Assassin’s Creed Valhalla festival before it, the Sigrblot festival will eventually pass. When this happens, all of the unique event rewards will no longer be obtainable, at least not until a potential return of the festival in the next year. This means that it is in the best interest of players to collect as many of the rewards from it as soon as possible, or at the very least, before the festival ends.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Sigrblot Festival ends on August 19th, so players have until then to complete all the activities and purchase all the rewards. Players can get these unique event rewards by buying them from the Festival Shop with Sigrblot Tokens, which in turn are earned from competing in various events. Many of the staples from previous Assassin’s Creed Valhalla festivals return, but there are also new events and quests to take on that keep things fresh. Players will need a lot of Sigrblot Tokens if they want to purchase everything, so the sooner they get started the better.
As previously mentioned, the Sigrblot Festival is particularly special because it introduces an entirely new feature, one-handed swords. Although there are more scheduled to be added to the game with the Siege of Paris DLC, players can get Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s first one-handed sword by participating in the festival. It is one of the many items that can be purchased from the festival shop, and will run for 300 Sigrblot Tokens. One of the fastest ways to get this many tokens is to compete in the Sigrblot Festival’s version of the tournament.
With almost three weeks of time to enjoy the festival, players should have more than enough time to complete quests, defeat Ake in a Flyting duel, and get everything before it ends. Nonetheless, as August 19th gets ever closer, it’s important that players take stock in which rewards they haven’t yet earned and what’s important to them.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
